Letrozole is used in bodybuilding primarily for its ability to reduce estrogen levels in the body. It is an aromatase inhibitor, originally developed to treat hormone-responsive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. In bodybuilding, Letrozole is often used during or after anabolic steroid cycles.
